The Related Group secured a $100 million construction loan for The Manor Biscayne, an eight-story, 382-unit residential building at 1650 NE 124th Street on the former Johnson & Wales University site in North Miami. The 372,000-plus-square-foot mid-rise spans studios through three-bedroom units, with about 9,355 square feet of retail, a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and a parking garage whose facade is set aside for public art.
