Manor West River Rises Along Tampa's Hillsborough Riverfront

The Related Group is developing Manor West River, an eight-story apartment building with more than 300 units at 901 West Green Street, part of Tampa's 120-acre West River District. The southern-influenced design includes a rooftop deck with views of the nearby Hillsborough River, and the roughly $100 million project sits within a district master plan totaling more than 1,600 homes. AAL (as Architectural Alliance) is the landscape architect, with Balfour Beatty as general contractor.
