Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree from an accredited school.
• Needs to be highly proficient in AutoCAD, LandF/X, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong Graphics skills needed in both hand and computer-assisted.
• Very comfortable with the South Florida plant palette.
• Candidate to be proficient with time management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Be able to learn new techniques and have problem-solving skills. 
  

Responsibilities:

• Be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, including working with team consultants.
• Be able to work directly with developers, contractors, and other consultants.
• Be able to work with municipal codes and the process of municipal submittals.
• Be able to develop a project from initial conceptual design through construction administration.
• Be able to complete a construction document set including but not limited to hardscape layout, landscape lighting, pool and fountain drawings, cabana design, trellis design, outdoor kitchen design, and other various amenity elements within the landscape.
