Manny Madera

Project Director

Manny Madera has been with AAL since 1995 and serves as Project Director, providing leadership and oversight across a wide range of landscape architecture projects. He guides projects from early planning through construction, ensuring design quality, coordination with consultants, and alignment with client goals. Manny plays a key role in mentoring staff, managing project execution, and delivering cohesive, high-performing landscape solutions.


Outside of work, Manny enjoys spending his weekends kayaking through the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal. He holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida.
