The design keeps a simple functional approach while highlighting a few key elements that give the project its identity.

This beachfront single-family residence is centered around a clean outdoor layout that supports both everyday living and a strong connection to the water. A custom trellis feature defines key spaces and adds structure to the landscape, creating shaded areas that tie the home to the outdoor environment.
