Location

St. Petersburg, FL

TYPE

Mixed–Use Development

The landscape architecture establishes a seamless relationship between the built and natural environments, creating a series of outdoor destinations that range from intimate gathering spaces to vibrant social amenities. Resort-style pools, waterfront terraces, marina overlooks, and lush tropical plantings enhance the experience while reinforcing a strong sense of place. Designed to celebrate the beauty of the coastline, the project creates a walkable, connected community where nature, recreation, and everyday living converge.

Situated along the waterfront, this mixed-use development brings together luxury residences, marina amenities, hospitality, and recreation within a thoughtfully planned coastal environment. Spanning 39 acres, the landscape design embraces the site's natural setting, weaving together waterfront promenades, boardwalks, mangrove preserves, open green spaces, and pedestrian pathways that connect residents and visitors to the bay.
