 This mixed-use commercial and retail development in the Bahamas was envisioned as a walkable destination where landscape, architecture, and public art come together to create a memorable sense of place. The landscape framework organizes a collection of retail, dining, office, and hospitality spaces around interconnected plazas, shaded pedestrian corridors, and vibrant outdoor gathering areas.
