At ground level along Las Olas Boulevard, the landscape shifts to a more active and pedestrian-oriented environment, with structured planting, walkways, and edges that engage the street. The project balances these two conditions through a clear transition from a calm, elevated amenity space to a more connected and social streetscape below.

Veneto Las Olas is designed as a layered landscape that responds to both its urban setting and residential character. At the amenity level, the design focuses on creating a quiet retreat above the street, with a pool deck, shaded seating areas, and planted terraces that provide a sense of separation and privacy.
